Wow - I know console site but so little PC games! All my best games would likely be PC based (altough I've only really started switching from PC to console with PS3 so that's maybe not a surprise). Still, in the spirt of things, based on console games I've played to date:

PS2 - ICO & Silent Hill 2 (tie)

PS3 - Uncharted

PSP - Locoroco & Patapon (tie)

PC - (recent only) - Orange Box (but especially Portal).

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

PS2: Final Fantasy X (XII, GTA SA and Jak 1 come close)
PS3: Uncharted: Drake's Fortune (CoD 4 runner up, GTA IV will take the lead in a few weeks)
