It's not referring to race, it's referring to women. He mocked International Women's Day, people got upset and he criticised people for being upset (though he probably purposefully posted that to bait people).

No, it means he made a joke. One that I heard 50 other people make on that day. Many of which also made jokes at guys' expense on the same day. PC is out of control.

And what's wrong with women supporting that? Women are still being paid less than men, and they do much more housework than men, so it's fair that they should protest unequal treatment.
