Forums - Gaming - EA/Origin Access is an excellent option and offers fantastic value to gamers.

Nintendo needs something like this.

Imagine a "Virtual Nintendo" app. Pay $5 a month and get access to all NES/SNES games available. Pay $2 more for NES games.

I'm sure Nintendo will never do this, but I'm pretty sure they'd get more money from this compared to having people pay $5-8 per game.

I bought a month and then cancelled it so I could get the discount for ME:A.

So, its ok, I guess, saved a couple bucks.

However, it requires a desire for EA games.

I would do this for Square or Koei Tecmo maybe.

EA doesn't have the amount of games that a option like that would make sense for me.

On key seller sites, you can even find regular one month trials for under 2€.
So you don't have to go with a 12 month subscription to get the cheapest price.

Yeah thanks to it a lot of People will now Skip Andromeda.

EA Access is an amazing bargain for those interested in those games, which is millions of people. $30 for countless hours of value is one of the best deals around. Especially if you're just buying an X1 and don't have many games.

I don't think Sony necessarily needs to offers services like this. BUT... I think a chunk of their audience wants them.

I hope more publishers do things like this in the future as it's a win-win for gamers.

I pray to all the gods that this doesn't happen.  I see no reason to pay money just to be able to play a game early.  I see value in able to access the older games.  EA might as well start hiding game modes behind their pay wall.
