Given the fact Horizon was already over 200k with just Japan and UK at least 1.25 million.
I would estimate the combined Zelda numbers at 1.50 million and Nier at 500k.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword - 600k (1 week)
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii) - 412k (November 2006)
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Gamecube) - 532.9k (December 2006)

Twilight Princess didn't have a simultaneous release on the Wii/Gamecube. And both Skyward Sword and Twilight Princess were released during the holidays. They also weren't limited by userbase in the same way that Breath of the Wild is.
