Forums - Gaming - The Wii U is a pirate's dream console.

I think you meant PC

PC is the system that is getting all the emulators, not the Wii U

still doesn't hold a candle to the Pc master RAce pirates.

You have my attention. Aaarh, matey.

The PSP was the homebrewers dream back in the days. Still remember having the entire NES/SNES and GB/GBA library on a single card

The Wii and original Xbox are the masters of homebrew I'd say.

PSP rules them all, still the best way to experience classic consoles if u dont have CFW Vita.

It was amazing to be playing Megadrive, SNES, PSX, GBA in 2007 on a handheld device with a nice 16:9 bright lcd screen. Nintendo hasn't made a good screen on a handheld until just a few days ago, the reason I stopped playing on the 3DS and waited on the emulator to mature. My gawd I dont ever want to experience such bad screens as those on the XLs again.

I haven't looked at the latest developments, but pirating the WiiU or 3DS wasn't as easy or permanent as what was possible in previous gens. It looked like you had to go out of your way to bypass the system whenever you wanted to load a bootleg title, not very convinient.

For anyone that said pirating doesn't kill consoles, yes it does. Dreamcast was the dream machine and nobody bought legit software, it was so easy to pirate. High school kids and bootleg dealers were slinging burned games like nobody's business.

Nothing beats PSP though. That bitch had it all. In third world countries you can go to a shop in public and pay someone to load up your memory card with games. NDS was good too, but not as versatile as PSP.
