Are there any games you cannot play around certain people?

I've mentioned a few times I have a daughter.  It's practically impossible for me to play survival horror in front of her without her getting spooked and having nightmares.  Or even anything with naturalistic skeletons.  The first time I launched Trine with her beside me, the opening intro was beautiful, but as soon as skeletons appeared, she freaked out.  She even watched me play a lot of Yamowari, but she always reminded me that it's a "sad game."

My wife isn't bothered by much.  The only thing negative Ican recall her commenting on was Senran Kagura.  Go figure.

And strangely enough, there's my mom.  If I'm playing Dynasty Warriors when she's visiting, she'd snidely remark "Why does a Japanes company have to make a Chinese game?"  Yes, she's Chinese.

I cant play RPGS around people, too much possible distraction

I can't play X-rated games around my work colleagues.

I feel awkward when I'm playing Bayonetta 2 and the wife is around, lol

everything in front of wife and kid just not horror they cant take it and to be honest neither can I.

I can see where you're coming from because I've played Dark Souls, Hyperdimension Neptunia, and Persona 4 Golden with my daughter around.  And normally it's not an issue, but sometimes I have to kindly ask my daughter to refrain from speaking because it makes it hard to concentrate.

i can play splatoon, senran kagura, huniepop, huniecam with my girlfriend ( she likes ) but i cant play horror and fps games, days ago I was playing battlefield 1 and she gets annoying me saying it was extremely boring, this already happened with doom, killzone, overwatch and others.

The only guy who has ever admitted to me for playing FFX-2 (becuase at the time I was an FF fan) was bi-sexual.  Just saying.
