Sony has seen Players share games on PS3 by logging into eachothers accounts and downloading games and pretty much made it an offical Feature on PS4. But I really dislike the feature because it's getting misused.
Gameshare is a feature that I think is silly, a feature which allows other players to share downloadable games and downloadable stuff. Even though it's more protected and complicated on PS4, it's still a silly. Does Sony really think everyone is kind to eachother and let friends download eachothers purchased stuff? If they do, they're sadly mistaking. Yes I did let my cousin Gameshare with my account. But that's different. He's on a budget and he's like a brother to me. He almost quit gaming because the PS4 is so expensive, but I'm the reason he continues to game. I just want to hook him up until he gets money or for him and his little brother (another brother-like cousin of mine) to play on.
My problem is, the feature can create fake friends. What if you're a digitally only player? and you have this "friend" who you're cool with, they come up and they SEE how many great games they can get off you for free. They're going to bug you for those free games.. I SEE people trying to make friends with you just so you can hook them up and save them money. I see this feature destroying Playstation friendships everywhere. Or you meet a cool person online and they ask for it. Like damn, has anyone been in these sitations? I also don't get how this is financially good for Sony either... What do you think?
also btw, I know people are going to ask but, NO my Playstation Friend did not ask to gameshare or anything, we haven't spoken about gameshare ever.
