Maybe what you mean you like games that has color in it, and color exposure isn't. Because there are so many definition of realistic looking color palete and lighting effect in real lives.

I didn't even talk once about fucking Nintendo or their fucking games. Nintendo doesn't develop games with realistic art styles. And those pictures are from real places, but you're too ignorant living in your dark realm so that's why I understand if you think that beauty is photoshopped. I didn't ignore shit and I said "we need more" I didn't say "we don't have" The whole point is that colors are realistic and should not be called otherwise because of the "dark mature realistic" definition that gamers have about realistic environments. Please don't reply to me if all you have is "nintendo this or nintendo that, cause this shit is not even about Nintendo.

almost every photo in the op has been enhanced in either photoshop or lightroom, hell some even still have the exif data from the editing software.

Those are images likely taken with a polarised filter/lens. Or edited in Photoshop. |
agreed
I would rather say we need more vibrant and colorful games, but not more realistic. I want the world of video games to primarily be about fantasies, distant worlds and amazing beings. If I want realism, why not just go outside the door? :)

Some people can read between the lines, and all of those images have been edited, or taken with camera settings/filters that make unrealistic enhancements to the photos. Beauty isn't photoshopped, but your pictures are.

Don't want dark, gritty, brown realistic looking games, and want bright, vibrant, colorful, realistic looking ones instead? There's plenty out there if you own more than a Nintendo console.
Ironically one of the pictures you posted is pretty close to where I spent a good chunk of my childhood. Here's another place I spent a lot of time:
I think I'll stick to my "dark realm", thanks.
Nope. That's mostly what we have. I prefer we have more games that use style. More creative games. Doesn't matter if it's gritty or wanting to be photo realism. I am sick of it.
I'm sick of grey, dark, photorealistic games so yeah, we don't need more of that.
