The Xbox One and PS4 use mobile x86 CPU's. And while AMD's were better then those from Intel, I predict ARM will catch up one generation from now.

Mobiles should first get games on the quality of last gen. If they're capable enough surely more console ports would be coming to them, where's Bioshock 2 for instance? The 1st one came out when they claimed mobiles are as strong as PS360 yet BS1 looked and ran like shit.

There already are laptops more powerful than a PS4. As for tablets maybe the high end, as for mobile 0 homes nope.
