It's normal for Amazon prices on Nintendo games to be too high at first, actually. Pretty much every single Nintendo game I preordered at amazon got cheaper before release (and I'm talking 10-20€ at times). So it's not just a single retailer probably. Nintendo didn't set RRP's for Europe so retailers made sure to charge as high as possible at first - dropping prices is always an option, increasing them after people preordered isn't. 

Still crazy expensive prices outside Uk, 330 euros for thé Switch and 65 euros for Zelda

But it would be untrue to say Nintendo Europe isnt thé problem here when Sony/Microsoft/Apple/Samsung/etc dont have this   mucj of Price différence here, the rule has always Been $1 = 1€ for all Electronic devices, i dont know what Nintendo did or didnt do to apply this rule but its on them
