Lol, no it doesn't. If you worked really hard to steal something from me, and I took it back and sold it, that wouldn't make me a thief, would it.

It would make you a vigilante, if you steal something back instead of going through proper channels. ;)

They own the IP, I don't get what the deal of this is? That ROM is theirs no matter where they may of got it from. The ROM is just a dump from the official games cartridge which they made. Nintendo has the right to take what is theirs, they own the IP, do we own the IP? No. Therefore we cannot take what is not ours.
