There is no reason to distrust ebay. I have used it hundreds of times and have only had one problem and it was with someone who had really bad feedback rating. Just make sure the sellers feedback is higher than 99%.

Just get freeloader, I used it on my gamecube many a time. Nintendo may block it in updates, fingers crossed its not. It shall be interesting if they do block it, datel will just find another way around no doubt, so it will go around in circles.

Also ordering off ebay is fine as long as they have good feedback and lots of it, always ask how much it will cost to ship to where you are. Either that or go to play-asia, or dvdboxoffice.
Wii is region locked you could try a freeloader but Nintendo may brick it in the future with system software updates etc.

You can get software that allows you to play Wii region free.
Some 360 games are region locked and others aren't. Also some games released in Asia for example come with full English support so you may find even cheaper prices than you would from the U.S. if you shop around.

The 360 is region-locked, but quite a few games are not.
PlayAsia has rather cheap prices, from what I've heard, for X360 games that use the Asian Region version of games, that use English text, and are typically NOT region locked for your various machines.
I do think there are a few websites out there that have lists of the various 360 games, and their region capacities.

don't forget, PSP is also region-free.
I was one of the first in NA to get Crisis Core, and will be the first to get FFXIII and Versus as well. :)
