I've got to say arms actually. Shows that Nintendo is still interested in making new, interesting IPs.
The follow-up to the best game of 7th gen in Xenoblade 2 doesn't hurt either!

Super Mario Odyssey for sure.
Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.
- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
- Super Mario Odyssey
- Xenoblade 2
- Project Octopath Traveler
- Dragon Quest XI
- Playing games either on TV or on the couch without having to look at the TV screen
- Combined development of console and handheld games for one system
- Motion controls making a comeback (with advanced technology but without being forced)
- Japanese 3rd party support (hopefully on par with DS/3DS/PSP/PSV)
- Cartridges instead of discs, no harddrive

@italics: Arms actually looked pretty cool! Looks like there will be different play styles and some rather complex mechanics. Or people can just wail on each other
@bold:

The focus in local multiplayer. I mean, I'm happy with my PS4, but games nowadays seem to have totally forget about couch playing. I miss that. I want those crazy MK matches with my friends, so that really excites me.
Portability. I spend lots of hours on the road, so you can see that this feature truly attracts me.
Zelda:BOTW. Obvious reasons, I think it has the potential to be the definitive Zelda experience. Which is saying something because of this franchise absurd quantity of masterpieces.
And catalogue. If Nintendo manages to make Switch a console which combines both handheld and home console games... That will certainly add value to the console.

Forgot about region-free! That's a huge step forward for Nintendo.
It's the fact that it finally seems to be the real successor to the Wii. The JoyCons look great and I'm just waiting for more motion controlled games. There are many "retro" games on the Switch already which was part of the Wii strategy. But I still need a new Wii Sports and more games to play with friends. The Switch could be what the successor of the Wii always should have been: Motion controls moving upmarket.
I was bummed after the presentation (because of the price) but when I talked to my friends in the evening they were all totally excited for our local multiplayer sessions to come back - and our gaming group is a well balanced mix of male and female, casual and hardcore gamers.
The Square game...Octopath something. I love 16 bit Square so that looked great. Also hopeful mainline Pokemon in 2018.

Oh, so that's what it was? All I could understand was some translator almost crying and a sexy pic of Travis, but I couldn't make out anything. Even worse when Suda almost starts dancing on the stage.
Thought he said he was done with No More Heroes, that's interesting.
