How about instead of criticising people for not looking at the 'other side', you try and look at both? The Switch is a hybrid console, it is naturally and justifiably going to be judged relative to both the markets it claims to exists in. On the portable side, yes, i'm sure it'll look great. On the home side though, people are perfectly justified in being disappointing that a 1st party AAA title on a brand new 2017 system that costs more than its competition is running at a resolution many already found disappointing 3+ years ago.

It's fine if you believe the Switch's positives outweigh its negatives, many will agree with you, but if you're not going to respect others perspectives don't expected them to care about yours. 

I'm sorry but as usual I disagree with you, there is a sick tendency for drama in this forums that goes beyond ridiculous.

A game can be natively rendered at 900p and then output at 1080p so both can be true. There isn't a 900p hdmi resolution so it has to be upscaled anyway and the box can legally state 1080p even if native resolution is 900p. There is no conflict both can be true.

In my experience you're far more guilty of the drama you describe than the majority of other users. You insist on pushing things to extremes (such as painting fairly tame expressions of disappointment or worry as 'not 1080p so totally unplayable'), you consistently mock and criticise others for having opinions and perspectives that counter your own, and then while doing all this present yourself as above it all, and clearly the only sane person in the room.

But hey, I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on whether any opinion that counters yours has value or not ^^

I dont make drama for every gaming news I see, I think about them rationaly, but then when you came here you only see people whining, crying and shitting about everything, even if they are only rumours, this forums are like a WC where people comes to get out their daily live fustrations in the form of gaming opinions, is the place where all the childish tantrums and overreactions that no one would express in their normal lifes comes. Is sad and is annoying, this taste for constant drama is absurd, this need to look always to the worst possible situation and make a world about every tiny bad detail is sick.
