That 3% are probably all smartphone/tablet ports.

I hope this poll isn't representative. 24% for VR. Ouch.

you've got to remeber that this is a "check all that apply" thing. most games aren't exclusive. so with VR most of the development is bound to be a ps4/xbox/pc game with a VR mode like with tomb raider. in these early stages of VR a lot of games are getting this "also works in VR" treatment.

also the population of developers taking this survey includes a lot of indie developers. this is from GDC,.. a big 1000+ developer studio isn't likely to sent 250 people to GDC but a small indie studio of 4 quite likely sends 1. since indies are are more likely to support VR than AAA studios the results are a bit skewed relative to your expectation (which ignores games you don't like).

with respect to psp retro city rampage DX released in the middle of last year. if you are developing for psvita or 3DS and it is a super easy backport then i guess maybe a couple dev teams are willing to do that.

Weird considering 360 really isn't getting any new games...while PS3 is still getting a ton of Japanese games. Guess jap devs weren't there lol
