How would you run the process, vivster?

Make it like a casting show with all participants revealed and giving out roses and shit in every round :)

Mods are the most visible people in the forum so the choosing process should be open to see for everyone as well.

This time around the feedback was a lot more positive than last time. For your information, last year I was among the finalists too.
