I am going to assume because he has been a longtime memeber at the site so he gets more chances. I mean being here 10 years probably gives you some senority

Also if you spread your bans out you can trick the mods into thinking you learned your lesson.

Because he has a ridiculous number of posts over many years. It's not like he got 50 bans in 15k posts over 2 years.
