The Ps4 is some months ahead of the PS3.

Im surprised ffxv hasn't dropped to 10k per week yet.

Ps4 will probably still be ahead by a even wider margin, ps3 was a disaster, Ps4 legs will continue.

It's aligned perfectly.  Next week hiska-kun will extend the graph to include ps3 up to 5m sales so we see a better roadmap of what ps4 needs to do to stay on top. 

All i can say for sure is ps4 will beat ps3 to 4.5m easily.  Delighted to see it. 

And unlike last gen the ps4 is the dominant player of the home console market.  Competition this gen from xb1 and Wii U stood no chance.  Playstation back on top! 

Mario Maker for 3DS doing pretty well, on it's way to 1M in Japan

Last week it was 80-100%. Retailers just ordered a lot of more copies this week. Remember that next week is New Year Sales, and sales will go up again. Also, during New Year, distribution companies are on vacation, so if one game is out of stock they won't be able to restock the game until mid-january. Retailers order more on purpose these days to avoid this situation and losing sales.

Is FFXV going to hit 1 million physical? The legs haven't been too bad up to yet but now the year is over they'll drop a ton. Can it really sell another 120,000?

First shipment is 1.07M. So eventually FFXV will reach 1M at retail. Retailers will cut the price (already done) until they sell through all copies. Second shipment won't ever happen, though.

I think the whole versus XIII to XV cancellation affected Japan sales.... Versus xiii had a lot of pre orders for ps3 people, wouldn't be shocked if a lot of ps3 ppl didn't jump to ps4 either.... Considering ps3 didn't really take off until 2010 with XIII, and three years later those mid gen adopters got dropped like a rock.....
