If by that you mean, 30fps not being able to run at 60fps, then sure but for those who will optimize for the xbox one Scropio should see noticable benefits in performance apart from just, oh it has a higher clock rate. The CPU is certainly customized to take advantage of DX12 so for the developers who are optimizing for Scorpio should see increased benefits.

Pretty much. It's more or less just taking current games and making them 4k native instead of say 1440p checkerboard.

That's a stretch, especially now that the specs are out. I'd expect $499 or above TBH.

I felt like it more of a marketing pitch and power barging rather than a technical specs demo.

So apparently Forza 6 was hitting 4k with 4k textures only using about 70% of the GPU (straight port). Not bad at all. CPU although is same jaguar is more efficent because it reduces half of the instructions than before.

I don't really see much reason to believe it is going to outperform Pro in sales overall. Maybe do better in the US and UK, and worse everywhere else
