That was a funny april fools joke

Except Japan is notorious for its terrible underbudgeted live action movies, in particular live action adaptations of video games and anime. They have terrible live action acting in the acting guilds used in such movies, CGI fifteen years behind the rest of the world and just flat out poor writing and disjointed scripts. Don't let the notorioty of the Zelda brand name fool you into thinking any special effort would be put into this movie, especially considering the Zelda franchise isn't very big in Japan compared to the rest of the world.

Give this to Peter Jackson or don't make it at all, basically.

What scares me is that people think this looks good.

Someone thought it was real. I slapped him across the face, punched him in the crotch, round-house kicked him in the jaw and then killed everyone who ever met him. Including myself.

At least its a new fake Zelda movie trailer this time. 

You can download the trailer (in HD, no less) off of IGN's website. Even though it's fake, it's glorious to watch in 720p.
