For those that will use GOG, they have announced a special Sale that may interest you and your Tiny Tims, the "Goodbuy 2016 Sale" starting Friday 23rd.

No problems so far. I just crafted a lot of badges which I prepared since summer sale (you get an additional Steam sale card within a Steam sale, so ~10 cent for every crafted badge.

Concurrent Steam users already peaked for today at disappointing 12.2 million.
