They published Psychonauts... pretty much the only thing worth mentioning out of the 150-ish games they published.

But most of those games are licensed games ore use someone else's IP. How many IPs do they actually own?

Well. I'm not sure which games are developed inhouse and can be sold. Majesco mostly was a publisher. I'm pretty sure Guilty Gear was only published in the West by Majesco and Cooking Mama I think was from someone else too. I assume it's true for most of the games they published.

I sent they they own the IPs to some of those games. I'm pretty sure AoE belongs to MS and Guilty Gear is owned by Arc Systems. 

That just looks like games they either made, published or ported, not necessarily IPs they own. 

So in the end they are irrelevant?
