Forums - Nintendo - Anticipated EShop Releases for Switch

I see a lot of threads about upcoming mainline games for established Nintendo and third party franchises, but one place I felt the WiiU truly succeeded was with the independent downloadable releases.  I'll offer a few titles that I really enjoyed and look forward to seeing either sequels or new ips from those particluar developers on Nintendo Switch.  Feel free to do the same.

I would like to see a proper Bomberman eShop game on the Switch, even if it doesn't have new additions.. the old ones are pretty solid already!
I got a DSi Bomberman game and even though it's similar to the DS one, it was severely limited and a lot of features were not present which is annoying

Also had more fun than I expected with Pop Island, which again, is another DSiware game

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

I did play a lot of indie games on the wii u. I think the gamepad was well suited to platformers and it made me opt for many over pc versions.

My personal favourite indie wii u game was Stealth inc 2 but I liked a lot of others.

I am willing to bet Shovel Knight will be out on launch day.

Bomberman 64 was my favorite.

YEEEESSSS!!!

Although I think I prefer Heroes now that Im older, when I was younger I didnt like that it was missing multiplayer because there were 4 kids in my house growing up. So anything with multiplayer was a huge plus.

Ittle Dew 2 - The first game was on the Wii U.
Runner 3 - Bit.Trip Runner 1&2 were on the Wii and Wii U respectively, so this one's a given.
Stardew Valley - Already confirmed to be coming to the Switch.
Yooka-Laylee - Again, it's coming to Wii U, so a Switch version is very likely to come in the future.
Psychonauts 2 - Even though the first game isn't on any Nintendo platform, I really want to see this one on the Switch, it fits in nicely with the Nintendo audience imo.

I'll update this post with more if I remember anything else.

Minecraft in all versions and editions... is that indie enough?

Switch!!!

Im worried toejam and earl back in the groove will come to the system forcing me to purchase a Switch

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.
