Really? Fascinating. "November 19, 2006" yep that was a Sunday. Did they say why they did it on a Sunday? |
No idea, but trust me, it was a crazy day that day. Sony was on that Friday if I recall.

Has Nintendo ever released. No wait let me change that. Has anyone ever released a console on a sunday? |
Go look up Nintendo's hardware launch days of the past. Wiki actually has a good track record of this.
DS, 3DS, Wii and WiiU were all Sunday launches in US.

That's like picking against the Cleveland Browns. |
idk... I don't think Ubi had 4+ on launch for Wii or WiiU. Did they?

I think they had at least twice as many announced before Wii launched (Rabbids, Prince of Persia, Far Cry, GT racing game, Monster 4x4 and more trash). Wii U had at least Assassin's Creed, Just Dance, Rabbids and Rayman announced. Yes, Rayman wasn't a launch title, but your bingo didn't specify release at launch, so I am counting announcements. |
I changed it to be at launch... but you're making me think I should up the 4 to 6 to be a bit more aggresive.
This thread was supposed to be the main thread haha :(
I predict gamestop will be drowning in pre-owned ps4's.
I'll make people sell them and get a Switch if I have to. I know what's best and that's Nintendo. Anyone else is wrong.

It will be, the day of the event

I do need to come up with a bingo card though... I'm such a procrastinator.
I'm literally finding it hard to focus on work this week. We're almost there people.

Hopefully this doesn't end like E3 2015 when Smeags issued a hype train, then took responsibility for the bloody crash and left the site.* *Actual VGC history can differ from the outlined plot. |
eeeek. I'm not setting up any trains! My only concern is that the event is followed by a large music spectacle. Hopefully that doesn't mean a return of Wii Music.
