Not sure if this was posted as I didn't see it through several pages.

Basically this is a private press-only event on 1/13 after the 1/12 presentation. Guess this means the presentation is a ND otherwise press would be attending something on the 12th, right? OR the 1/12 event is soley in Japan for Japan press and this one is for NA press?

Eitherway, let's just hope there is a shit-ton of info in these events and tons of game announcements.

i think they'll unveil some sort of huge announcement there. Maybe special controllers for each game as shown in the rumours? Huge sd card support? Portable battery support?

Really interested on what will happen that day, and what we'll learn. Also hoping the $250 rumour is true

1- I think this is not going to happen. They wouldn't reveal, or launch, such add-ons so early into the system's life. If history shows anything, they will wait at least a few months before releasing new peripherals/add-ons. The reason is simple: momentum. It doesn't need more than a decent launch line up to sell well initially, but it need lots of things to keep those sales going. They did this a lot with the 3DS.

2- Maybe? That would be nice, but I think they would show it on the Tokyo event, cause that is supposed to be the big one. 

3- Same as 1.

Yeah. Im not sure if they want to fly all the way to Japan. 

I never get invited to these events, what a load of bs..

The Jan 12th presentation is a live conference for some investors and I don't remember if press or retailers.

Sounds good, I'm sure we'll get all the info we need the day before, but this may give some additional things too

Man, I'm just hoping they can share how the tablet and joy cons feel in hand. That's the main thing I reeally wanna know.

Maybe we can show some respect and not drag all over the internet these people's private event 2 months into the future.
This is borderline harassment.
