Wii U, but GameCube is is pretty much tied for worst.

Best consoles are NES, Wii, and Wii.

Good - NES, SNES, N64, GB, GBA, 3DS
Mediocre - Gamecube, Wii U, DS
Bad - Wii, Virtual Boy

Wii U, nothing came even close to the droughts inbetween game releases that this console faced, it actually succeded in turning me into a handheld gamer.

Wii U is my favorite.
I really loved the 2D era on SNES.
Also, the local multiplayer on gamecube, with maio kart, smash and others, also, first time I played 3D zelda.
2 different eras that I enjoyed a lot, and I wanted back(wii wasnt so great as GC on games I used to play, mario kart and smash are not as great as GC ones, and anoying mandatory motion controls ruined some experiences)
(Also, I started at SNES(so, no NES) and I skept N64...)

On wii U we had the comeback of great 2d plataformers (including indies), plus even better experiences on multi local on mario kart, smash bros and others. Also, virtual console.
Is like the synthesis of the best experiences on nintendo home consoles I had, coming back, in a only place.

I voted for Wii U, but upon further thought, GameCube was definitely worse. Wii U had Xenoblade Chronicles X. I can't remember anything noteworthy on GameCube except an inferior port of Resident Evil 4 with cut content and junky controls.

Resident Evil 4 on the GC wasnt a port.
