Forums - Nintendo - Laura Kate Dale: Ubisoft Developing Rabbids & Mario Crossover RPG For Switch Launch Day

I think this one will be for the fans.  And being clearly labeled "turn-based" suggests it will be geared that way.  If it were just for kids, it's more likely it would be an action/ adventure game.  I think this is for the people that were turned off the last two Paper Mario games.

The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.

Sounds stupid. In any case these rumours make me go into January with expectations below zero, so that's a good thing at least.

If this means Mario in Rayman's artstyle and mechanics - I'm totally in for that.

If it's Mario and Rayman teaming up for real - $60 just flew out of wallet right now.

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

Rabbids, not Rayman. Don't think Rayman has been in any Rabbids games other than the first one.

Dislike the rabbiids aesthetic... So not that interesting sounding.

Well your Nintendo dislike cant really help it much either...

He was in the second one too.

Considering the amount of hours I've put into enjoying Mario and smash on Wii u, I have no idea what you are talking about.

Must have you confused with someone else then, so I do apologise.

no worries.

i can come across as somewhat critical of Nintendo at times, so not your fault I guess haha

Most of us who aren't insanely biased do, because Nintendo does a lot of dumb shit. I'm sure people have thought I hate Nintendo before, because I'm very harsh when they are being awful.

Nah, critical thinking is good. I jumped the gun.

People are already pissed at the huge focus on Toads in the last two Paper Mario games. I dont think introducing something as annoying as rabbids will help that.
