I don't feel like the original PS1 has the same kind of nostalgia attached to it, and I don't think the games from that era aged as well. Of course, that may just be cause I was younger when the NES came out.

Well, I don't really need it as I already haev a PS1, but it would be awesome for others to experience the PS1, as that and the PS2 are way far ahead of any other console in my opinion.

I have every PS console, and 3 PS2s.....

My PS1 is literally wasting space, and I only bought it for completion's sake, since my original PS1 was stolen.

PS, I had the TWO pizza hut demo discs, however, the original disc 1 got lost somehow... I still have disc 2.

Yeah sure, Sony likes to copy what Nintendoes, I don't see that changing in the future. With the resounding success of the NES Mini, it's probably already in development. ;D
