The bans been lifted and Ubi have already patched it.

From the sounds of things the user got the first ban (1 week ban) when it showed up on the What's New section and the second ban (1month ban) when it was reshared on PS Live and another moderator caught it.

The whole thing has been blown out of proportion:

1) user was stupid for sharing it
2) Ubisoft were stupid for having it in the game
3) Sony customer service is lazy and have zero ability to use logic / commonsense.
