I wish this would be stickied to every forum I visit. I have not purchased a Ubisoft game in over a decade. They deserve to fail.
It's most probably the multiplayer netcode causing trouble to the engine.

There's got to be something wrong with this. Almost no one would release a game with this bad framerate, and I don't think Ubisoft is among the ones that would.

yeah the reviews are good and I'm going to buy the pc version anyways, hopefully it's not a pos in terms of optimization
LOL This was the same for AC, Far Cry, WD1 and the Division. The problem is the open world engine that Ubi keeps recycling. Open world causes frame-rate problems and poor game design when it's multi-plat. They are not able to optimize the game for specific hardware. You people love open world games though.
Reviews are coming out and no one is really mentioning frame rates
