I can maybe understand how someone will preorder a game.....
but if you preorder a Ubisoft game, then there is officially something wrong with you. When last did they release a game that wasn't broken in some way?

I'm very interested to see what the PS4 Pro version looks like. If Pro runs fine, and only the standard version is affected, then this is very bad news for Sony. It's one thing if it is 900p/25 - 30fps on the PS4, and 1440p/30fps locked on PS4 Pro, but 15- 25fps on OG PS4 is a slap in the face to the 47 million that have already invested in the platform. At this point PS4 games should run flawless at 30fps, because devs can just run games at 720p if need be. If people want 1080p or higher, they need to move to the Pro.

Eh, that's strange. There are already a lot of let's play videos and no one had these issues.
Also, do preordering them. You can still get a refund after release. That way Ubisoft will be hurt much more than not buying the game at all. With a refund they will notice a damage and can hopefully conclude that something is wrong at release. If you don't pay, they don't care.
So, preorder the game and get a refund at release if something is wrong. Simple as that.

Or, if it wasn't broken, was way below the standard they showed in trailers

That happened? That's silly.

I mean I can pre-order a Nintendo game expecting good results 95% of the time.
Just unfortunate certain companies horribly manage their games

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.
The end of the video my god, I think there was a torn frame or two!
That is amazing if you consider it to be running on the same console which has the definitive version of GTA5 and Drive Club to have an open world driving game which runs like that. I would almost buy a copy just to have it as a contrast to the other games on the system if this really is the final retail version on the ps4.
Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

Are PS4 games not using vsync? That tearing is horrible.
