I hadn't read this answer,  it's correct. Pharaoh might not be as famous as Caesar III,  although both belong  to Sierra's City Building Series.

#36 Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time

My favourite in Insomniac's action platforming series. I've always enjoyed Ratchet & Clank more than other similar series of the era, such as Jak and Daxter. This series has always been a lot of fun to play, and I think the series hit its peak on that front in this game. The variety of different guns is amazing, and the levels themselves are great. The humour in the series has always been great, and that's the case here as well. 

Here's a hint for the next game:

The second game in a long running fighting game series. This particular developers second biggest series in the genre. Every game's plot in the series revolves around an evil weapon.

Given your hint I'd assume you aren't talking about 3 and World because you probably won't be getting much complaints choosing either of those, so are you going Gameboy with Super Mario Land, or are you going Super Mario Bros. 2 maybe. Or wait, what about the 3D games? Sunshine could be a contender. Or 3D World... Mmm, 25% chance.
