It varies from state to state. If memory serves one state still uses mail in ballots. Some still use paper ballots. I think that the machines also are moved before they are tallied.

Nah I'm not concerned. But my family is absolutely terrified. Just because our race has a history with trump over his casinos. Plus that our race was nearly wiped out by white folks before.
