Forums - Gaming - People are hating Infinite Warfare for no good reason. It looks fantastic.

I have COD Ghosts, paid 10 bucks for it. To me this is what a COD is worth, and the FIFA games as well, 10 bucks worth of fun...

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

Zombie mode is a bit OTT for my liking, the intro to it feels more like a scooby doo episode. The multiplayer is good though ,had a great time playing split screen with my son last night. Looking forward to playing SP later today.

Its got a thumbs up so far from me, and I am not a COD buyer usually (i.e I usually buy them 6-12 months after when i can be bothered).

Making an indie game : Dead of Day!

I think the majority of people complaining about the latest CoD game have long since stopped buying them, if they were ever followers of the franchise in the first place.

Everyone knows CoD games are released every year, as predictable as the seasons or any other annual franchise, so the percentage of legitimate grievances over the amount of content or the game setting is in all likelihood a very tiny percentage.

The core issue of Call of Duty is that it gets released annually, not the quality of the game. In terms of Infinite Warfare, the game received an unfair amount of hate and disdain from the community starting off from the initial trailer. I'd say the overall disdain was caused by a combination of fatigue, desire for "boots on the ground", and the fact that they put MWR behind the IW paywall, all of which was unavoidable from a developer standpoint. The decision to go futuristic was made way before the community cried for a return boots on the ground.

Eh I don't feel like CoD deserves another chance, not yet anyway. I jumped on board with Blops2 and every game after was disappointing. Not to mention they keep pushing further and further into the future and I just don't care for all the verticality the newer games have. They keep making it faster and faster, making characters capable of wall running, jumping insane heights, jetpacking around and whatnot and it's not what I want from CoD.

I wonder when people understand that "i prefer the modern warfare over futuristic warfare" is not a reason for say the game is bad.

Talking about gameplay mechanics, it's just way better than the pre Advanced Warfare games.

No one really hating on it outside game forums. It's COD it will sell an absolute shit ton. Clearly when games I excessive of 10million for like 8 years straight people don't hate it

I'm four hours into the campaign. It's...good. Really good. I think all the angst was for nothing. Will report back again soon.

I thought the beta was a train wreck.... but I find myself still wanting to buy it

Hating COD is a trend now. Truth is the game will sell millions of copies again and many of the buyers will be people who disliked that famous IW trailer for example.
