I already said I wouldn't mind they not curating, but understand they doing it because it's their platform. Sure you can say that they could demand all patches being free and mandatory, but that certainly would go well with developers, don't you think? Dictatorship was what put Nintendo in the situation they were on N64.

Back on money, a lot of people that say their live "don't revolve around money" do a lot of things to earn more.

I honestly don't think forcing updates to be free would make much of a difference. Patches are already free and if they're not, there's probably an outrage of some sort. And again, we're not talking about mandatory patches.

For a lot of people, live revolves around money. That's not everyone though. Besides, money is what enables a lot of things - things that are more important in life. I think those other things instead of money are what life revolves around (roughly speaking). Money is more like the force that keeps life revolving around those other things (well, at least for me).

That's your thinking, but being push with devs and partners can have bad side effects, anyway I don't think many will carry with updates, probably only high sellers.

Yes, very few carry about only the money per see, but to enjoy all the other things money provides you still needs money, so still, your life will still revolve around money.

Anyway good to know it doesn't simply quit the way it does when you eject a disc. And my kids will be happy they can keep playing everything on the current ps4. Btw is it possible to play in house multiplayer with this game sharing trick?

Yes. The primary Ps4, you will have to use a different PSN account to access your own accounts content (primary ps4=online, offline access to your games, and other users can freely access that content as well without having to sign you in). And then on the non primary ps4, you log in to your account so that its online.  Both Ps4s can play online together with a single game, but you need to be using two separate accounts, the one you want to play with on the secondary ps4 and your kids/friends/guests account that will be accessing your content on the primary ps4.

Awesome, nice bonus.

One PlayStation Plus membership allows all local accounts on the subscriber's 'Primary PS4' to use online multiplayer through their Sony Entertainment Network accounts. The PlayStation Plus member does not need to be logged in on the PS4 for other users to play online.

I see they can still play online without me having to sign in. I've been doing it wrong all these years. Got free trophies out of it though lol.

 This one.

It is a 15mm thick hard drive... won't fit in the HDD cage of the console.

Hmm... Didnt notice that. Have they confirmed that PS4 Pro wont have a larger bay to support 15 mm? Ive looked online, and even with the recent FAQ release, there's no confirmation of the size. I figure since most SATA-III drives are 15 mm, that it would only make sense for PS4 Pro to support that size as well.

Q: Can I install a new hard drive in my PS4 Pro?
Yes. As with both models of the standard PS4, you can replace PS4 Pro’s stock 1TB, 5400RPM hard drive relatively quickly and easily using just a Phillips head screwdriver. You will need to select a 2.5’’ (laptop PC sized) hard drive that is no more than 9.5mm thick.

Perhaps if you live it without cover you could stock a 15mm on it.

I'm sure Nyko might come out with an adapter like they did with the OG PS4. I got a 4TB 3.5" HDD in mine. Definitely comes in handy, as I got a ton of games on my PS4, but still have over 1.5TB left.

Is the adapter internal to the system or a cable extender to connect to a drive outside PS3?

Hopefully. 2 TB isnt bad, but it can still be filled pretty fast if you play a lot of games.
