It's pretty much fact. They'd even take points away from a Mario game just because Mario jumps too high, or Princess Peach being too blonde.

Yeah, those numbers are unrealistically hard. It's easy for Nintendo to sell those games on a Nintendo ecosystem. But I think they could have a hard time competing on other platforms, and Nintendo knows that.
