PS4 Pro preorders won´t change the outcome that much.
Getting destroyed right now + 2 months preorders for the Pro = the bone will take 400K minimum in its face
I won't be surprised if MS throw another 50$ on their bundles to stop the hemorragie

Exacly, ps4 was always supposed to win NOV. Pro preorders make it final.

Black Friday and the XB1s momentum.
The way I see it last year PS4 sold 1539k in November and it needs to hit at an absolute minimum of 1.8m this November.
Sony will want to be up YoY a decent % on actual sales in November(not counting built up pre-orders of the Pro) + the 9 weeks of slim sales they lost due to Pro pre-orders (250k?) That would give us 1539k +250k = 1789k. whilst also adding in a % up YoY increase due to lower price point + new Pro hardware.
Anything short of a 500k lead to the PS4 this month would be underwhelming for Sony.

Neither console has commanded a 500k lead any single month this gen. while possible, that figure will not be a measure for success. simply winning will be quite enough.

The Pro will help the PS4 but its not doing well during Black Friday. The majority of this month sales will come from black Friday. The XB1 looks to be winning BF right now so i think it will take a decent chunk of the sales. The PS4 will still come out on top because of the Pro but almost the gap will be 200k.

Its doing worse than last year.
It seems that some people don't believe in Amazon anymore. Xbox One was able to win with a 110-120k gap over the PS4 due to the S's release. It outsold the PS4 by 90-95k last month due to the release of Gears and the pre-orders of the Pro.
Both the PS4 and the Xbox One S are down from last year's total. This holidays are the only chance for a YOY+.
The Xbox One already had every kind of deal prior to the Black Friday and had the 2 biggest exclusive launched last month. This is the first time that the PS4 has that kind of deal + PS Pro's launch.
The Xbox One doesn't has such momentum, it was just well timed deals with big releases.
The PS4 will easily take November, probably take December, and the gap between January-April 2017 will be much bigger than the 4 months that the Xbox One won with the S's release. Probably 500K+
