I wonder of the people saying Pro is doing badly know it's already way ahead of any Xbox console on the yearlies. I also wonder if they care

I'm not one for knee jerk reactions but perhaps I'm guilty here. I predicted: top 20 a week or so before launch (I was right), top 10 a few days before it releases (I was right) and then top 5 on release (and I was right again) BUT, following on from that I predected it to stay in the top 5 for a while and even have a chance of hitting #01. I honestly think the media has had an affect on sales. A good 70% of random Youtubers -- some with a large amount of followers -- are advising people not to buy the Pro if they don't have a 4K TV. The latest one I watched actually said because it doesn't have a 4K Blu-ray player, you have to buy all your enhanced games digitally. This guy had over 3m subscibers. That's the sort of misinformation I'm seeing everywhere and it annoys me that the few 'legitimate' sites like PS I Love You are also clueless and aren't putting people straight.

Eh, probabily sometihng similar to the Black/White situation back in 2011.
A bigger launch than Diamond and Pearl, but worse lifetime sales.
After Pokémon GO boost, Sun and Moon in 2016 should probabily sell close / if not more than what X and Y sold in 3 years!

Unnff, if Amazon is accurate, Dishonored 2 isn't going to do so well. Kind of expected, but still disappointing for what sounds like a great game.
And good lord at Pokemon. Pokemon Go was the best thing to happen to Nintendo in quite some time.

NES Classic should be in software....considering it's not a thing you can put games in. More or less just a collection of old games like Rare Replay. Wouldn't put it with consoles

Also... NES mini with only 2 days of pre orders is at #34 in the monthly chart.
BUT, it never surpassed Pokémon Sun or Moon in the hourly.
This just show how insane Sun and Moon are doing. Can't wait to play it
