Considering they just keep selling better and better, it's not surprising. I just hope they wait until the 8th gen to remake Shinnoh, that way they can make it for the Switch with sweet HD graphics. It's long overdue.

I'd rather they go back and remake Red/Blue again. Couldn't care less about diamond/pearl. Though I guess that doesn't really make sense considering they only just released them on VC.....

But yeah I don't really want remake of later generations.

Actually, I'd rather they make a new story that spans a couple of old regions. They don't need to remake the same game to revisit any region.

Game Freak is still interested in easy money.

I mean its fair, though, to give Gen 4 the remake treatment. They've set that path a long time ago and just stopping at Gen 3 would be a disservice to Gen 4 fans, including myself (I think its underrated personally).

I just cant play old games, now we have far better mechanics and usability.
we can play every pokemon gen on 3DS, but red/blue/yellow only by VC, with very old mechanics and usability.
Id like a 1st gen remake. when they move for switch, 4th gen remake.

They were always going to make more remakes. Why would anyone think otherwise?
