Apparently only 8 men donated their semen to the bank. I guess their time has cum...haha(sorry for the bad joke)

Anyways, I think men are avoiding it due to the fear of a woman finding some loophole to force the man to pay for child care and whatnot. regardless, I guess it won't make a difference due to how little attention the back recieved.
