amazon has great customer service, i mean as a seller it sucks because they will always side with the buyer and refund them no matter what even if they are lying. As a buyer you know that you will always get what you need in the end with no extra money out of pocket.

in 13 years placed over 1000 orders from them and had issues like this less than 20 times of over 1000 orders. It's rare and usually get a refund or exchange. Had a lot of games this year and none of them had this and this was CE's in cardboard boxes like that. Oh and some people mentioning holidays. Little trick to help prevent dude being jerks with your stuff. Use crayon and draw a little stick figure family on the side of the box and say to Mommy and Daddy and oddly enough carriers often more careful this way.

Dang, that's pretty unlucky. None of my games ordered from Amazon have come in like that. Maybe it just got beat up during their delivery.

That's really unfortunate.  It's never happened to me yet and I've ordered hundred of items off Amazon. Still the best place to shop.

Yes. My topic was a bit of an overreaction. Amazon is the best place to shop online. I just need to be more cautious when ordering certain items like this limited edition.

Do you think it could've been the deliverer that ruined your package? I've see those videos of those mailmen that just throws box and not give a crap about other people's order packages. 

But ya still sorry to hear, I would be very upset as well if I ordered anything (especially a collectors edition game) and the box was messed up like that.  

I can't relate. Why do you care if outside box is a little bent?
