I'm a Scorpiest. I've heard tales that there is such a thing as the Scorpio, and that it is powerful enough to control all the pixels, but until I see it for myself I'm not willing to commit to its existence. It could be that all the pixels simply assembled themselves randomly, giving the impression that there needs to be a Scorpio to run them. 

On an unrelated note, Sony saying the Pro is the world's most powerful console reminds me of MS saying that the Xbox is the "best-selling" console in America. Both, for the moment, are only temporary, and I wouldn't personally go in that direction if I ran either company, but both are also technically correct, and more silly than misleading. And please, realize that my joke above is meant to be light-hearted fun :)

Hell, one could easily argue the same logic being used in that second thread, where the PS4 retaking the NPD lead was merely a formality and only a matter of time, is the same logic others are using in this thread, that the Scorpio launching and being the most powerful console ever is merely a formality and only a matter of time. I agree, it makes the discussion "tired", but only because it really leaves no further room for discussion. I mean, if I claimed the Cubs won game 4 of the World Series and someone showed me the box score, that kind of ends all the discussion.

It's strange how quickly reports fly out in one scenario and discussion is killed versus the other scenario where it's almost welcomed. If I get a ban for pointing that out, it's perfectly fine with me. Makes no sense, personally.

It's a risky one, to go with a more "wacky" approach to it, rather than just a white screen with black text of how many polygons it can throw around the place and such, like I said though I think the contrasting poor video quality compared to the game graphics shown here make them pop even more, I hope it pays off for them, the Pro looks like such a nice addition to the PS4 family, but I wonder will some children be asking Santa to bring them a Nintendo - Switch in March rather than getting a PS4 this Christmas, I had considered a pro upgrade but now I'm fairly sure my next console purchase will be a Switch.
