I've come under the impression that Nintendo might actually release a seperate unit to attach to the Switch, as a cheaper replacement to the usual home-console generation (maybe the bid that AMD was talking about?)

As a way to separate the market for people that need the extra graphic fidelity and for people that don't care, and are more attracted by a lower price point, without splitting their resources.

Next person to mention "AMD" and "Switch" in the same sentence gets an electric shock. ;)

A lot of patents didn't come to fruition, so there are chances that this may not either.. Hard to tell at the moment though

Who know what's Nintendo is planning for future, addon that gives more power, it's even possible VR addon.

I can see Nintendo releasing a stylus accessory, in a similar fashion that it's done in other tablets.

It's a shame there doesn't seem to be a slot on the device, maybe something similar to NVIDIA Shield's own tablet stylus?

Surely it have to be one compatible with the tools NVIDIA did to optimize it. So it probably be NVIDIA if they made one.
