You also forgot to mention yellow, but I can't imagine that they wouldn't make a third diamond/pearl game. They might also make a gold/silver remake, no news on that. I can't imagine they'd just stop making games though^^

No, there will be more Pokemon on the DS. There is simply too much money in it for there not to be, since we're not getting a new handheld from Nintendo in the next two years. The DS's successor won't be seen until 2010 at the soonest, and not using their second most valuable IP in that time seems unlikely.
