So no Skyrim on Switch after all?

Bethesda is not suing Nintendo for lying and they did give some vague PR statement regarding support instead of calling their lawyers, so something is coming at least. Likely Skyrim remastered. Hope for even more :).

How could Bethesda sue Nintendo? They didn't lie, it says there right in the disclaimer that "Game footage not final; graphics and features are subject to change". That literally means "we're not saying any of these games we're showing are necessarily coming to this console".

Using an intelectual property from other company without the consentiment of the company in question, yes they can perfectly sue them if this was made without bethesda consentiment, but they did.

Well obviously they had consent. The fact that Bethesda made a comment in any way about the NS after the NS came out means they don't intent of suing.

But again, that doesn't mean that Skyrim is definitely coming to the NS. It's just a teaser video, right?

Yeah, they lie as fuck, you seem to be taking this simulated screen too serious when its something standard for advertisment, ahhh be we gotta push that anti Nintendo agenda.

So, you're still refusing to acknowledge that they haven't done that this generation?

no, just a different lie

You're still deflecting. Sony has nothing to do with Nintendo's dishonesty. Two wrongs don't make a right.

... simulated screens are not the dishonesty. The contents of those simulated screens are.

Not only was this case dimissed but the case only applied to multiplayer. There was also no false advertising because as Guerilla said:

"In both SP and MP, Killzone Shadow Fall outputs a full, unscaled 1080p image at up to 60 fps. Native is often used to indicate images that are not scaled; it is native by that definition."

So, not only is this non-applicable but it's also a completely different scenario.

what content?

zelda, it's coming

mario, it's coming

splatoon, it's coming

nba, 2k said "we are excited to be a partner for the Nintendo Switch and was great to help Nintendo with the trailer, we are gonna support the console but we can't confirm games at this time"

Skyrim, "we are thrilled to be a publishing partner with Nintendo, we can't confirm any game at this time"

can't confirm at this time =/= not coming

the end of the trailer says "game footage not final; graphics and features subject to change"

so, where is the dishonesty?
