I really, really want to get pumped for this, as it looks like the true "Banjo Threeie" I've been waiting for since I was like 13 years old, but the horrid track record of big kickstarter projects, especially Wii U ones, still has me expecting this to never see the light of day on Wii U.

1 thing that gives me hope is that they said that the Wii U version (along with PC) is the lead development platform, and that they're actually enlisting outside help with PS4/X1 (http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2016/06/playtonic_handling_wii_u_version_of_yooka-laylee_team17_porting_to_ps4_and_xbox_one)

EDIT: or more accurately, that the Wii U version's at least being made by them in house.

And yet we still haven't seen the Wii U version, while we have seen the outsourced PS4 version. I find that quite concerning.

Cool, I can't wait for this damn game to come out already! I feel like I'm 10 once again.

Oh how I miss 3d platformers but gotta say the main duo could be a bit more charismatic. The talk section at the end of trailer is just horrible, ou.oh.oh.yo.ohoh...just horrible. Still definitely on my radar.

I cannot imagine toilet-free life.

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

Fantastic then, I played the Toy Box (the demo) and it shows a lot of promise, is definitely one of my most anticipated games.

That's fair enough. The only explanation I can think of is is that PS4 likely has the most backers (barring PC), and obviously looks the prettiest (of the console ports), so that's obviously the version they'd show the most of. I'm not saying that that the fact that we haven't seen the Wii U version at all isn't suspicious or, at the very least, annoying, but I'm willing to give them a bit of faith. They've been communicating with fans a hell of a lot more than, say, Comcept, and early previews have been a lot more positive, so I have faith. I perfectly understand feeling a tad worried though, Kickstarter projects don't have a good history on Wii U besides Shovel Knight, so I understand apprehension completely.

I'm pretty much sure this game will come to WiiU and NX

I was already assuming as much, but good, increases the chances of me getting this from zero to a solid probably.

Ah, cool. Once reviews say the game is good. I'll buy the PC version.

I will wait to decide wich version i´m getting.
The wii u maybe have some extra game pad feautures.

obvioulsly graphics will shine on ps4.
And i need to see the retail price for each one, here in mexico wii u games are so expensive.

I will buy it for my five years old daughter............. and her father of course.

I think I'm gonna pick this one up. It just looks so old school and reminds me of the classic Banjo games in all the best ways.
