Forums - Gaming - Guy goes in dry on No Man's Sky

Watched up to his basic description of the game, where you fly from planet to planet hoping they look pretty.

Yes, that is correct. And I like that.

I've never played it though i was considering it. The popular opinion i seem to always see is that it had so much potential but ultimately was a let down.

One of the worst and most annoying games I've ever played. You're doing more inventory juggling than exploring its boring bland copy-pasted planets.

i dont understand people who dedicates their time to hating on games instead of enjoying games that you actually like. Weird.

People who didnt even try it :)) Fucking waste of life if you ask me, searching for media, that underlines that you did the correct thing to not purchase a [roduct that didnt live up to the impossible level of hype it generated pre-launch.

I have no doubt they're Good Samaritans looking out for their fellow gamers.

Wow, great video, terribly flawed game. I once thought the premise could have some potential to it, but this really does seem like a total mess.

Anecdotal story:
My son have unexpectedly one week free from work and I offered him to have my PS4 during this week. He is a PC and Wii U gamer, currently playing Pillars of Eternity.
He did not take my offer but said that the only PS4 game that he would want to try more of was NMS. He has already tried it for a couple of hours and he is very much aware of all the criticism.
He would want to have a "Tourist" mode where you do not have to fight or gather material - just flying around admiring the views. Can you fix that Sean Murray?
