When Flair dropped the title to Bret, it was cause Flair had an out clause and wanted to give the belt out as soon as possible. WTF are they doing here? Can someone put Vince in a home? Like, how the hell can this man change his mind on a dime the way he does?

I think it was perfect marketing by Vince with NJPW airing part 2 of their special in the US. So when people look up US title to see if Kenny Omega won the tournament, they will also get AJ Styles winning the belt. I think Vince did a really good job here.

When was the last time titles changed at a house show?

Samoa Joe won the NXT title at a house last year! Before that, I can't remember it happening since before the attitude era, so like 20 years, but I could be wrong.  They used to change belts at house shows more often back in the day, but that was before the internet so it was harder for people to know about it.

Come to think of it, I think a few years ago the tag team titles were won on a house show, but I can't remember exactly which ones.
