Great SmackDown episode! They will do a number one contender battle royal match next week for the WWE Championship match at Wrestlemania 33 because Orton doesn't want to fight his master. That's great booking and it's very unpredictable how they want to continue with this storyline. I like this!

Harper vs. Orton was really good and I hope it establishes Harper as an upper mid-card presence at the very least. His facial expressions and character work in the ring are top shelf and he can obviously wrestle.

I was really impressed with Harper, he had good chemistry with Orton.  Which is good cause Orton has gotten lazy as fuck.  He also sold about as well as any wrestler in the 90s.  If they really wanted to, they could give him a hair cut and a trimmed beard and repackage him and make good use of him as a non-Wyatt.

I'm pretty sure I posted this when he first joined NXT but this promo was so well done.  (very bad language)

In other news, I just turned off RAW.  The WWE can go screw themselves with turning the tag team champs into jobbers for Roman Reigns.

I know he's good.  I just like how he was in a suit and had the spotlight on him.  He needed this booking like a year ago.

Yet WWE wonder why no one likes Reigns...  They just won't get with the times.

So I was watching Rock vs Hogan again.  I can't remember what I thought when I saw it the first time, but the kid in me is marking for Hogan.  Hogan also has a pretty solid grasp of wrestling that no one gives him credit for; like heel moves.  He was hitting The Rock with a back rake.  I miss those older moves that are pretty much getting lost to time.
