Interesting that almost no one is saying New Day for tag team of the year, though they set a record.

What about best show of the year?

1. The Revival vs. #DIY — 2-out-of-3-Falls NXT Tag Team Championship Match
2. Sami Zayn vs. Shinsuke Nakamura (NXT TakeOver: Dallas)

Absolutely two of the best and they deserve all the recognition.

I'm not gonna lie, as much as I liked the DIY match, it's overated.  Not because what they did wasn't magic, but because the hot tag aspect of tag team matches used to play out exactly as they did.  They're getting way too much praise for just doing something that used to be done right all the time before.  Now if people kept on saying "It's been a while since I've seen this story told right"...

On another note, I felt Asuka vs Mickie Jame's match was match of the night, maybe even weekend.

I'm glad somebody voted Omega, maybe if I actually watched New Japan I would have voted for him . Everything I've seen of him on YT is gold. Anyway I voted for Styles, like everybody else

Also WK11 is tomorrow, dont know if many of you plan on watching it but it will be my first NJPW event

I voted Omega.  I have him over Styles by the smallest of margins.  AJ has been incredible but he had more of a jump to the title.  Omega's run was more him working his way up the roster starting with the Jr. Heavyweight title and then having fantastic matches through-out the G1 Climax.  The G1 also being the event where Styles won over the Japanese crowd, coincidentally.  Omega absolutely proved himself to NJPW.  He's come out of the minor leagues to become one of the best wrestlers in the world.

Also, the One Winged Angel looks legit as a finisher.

Yeah I watched raw. They got Enzo rolling around in a wheelchair. I stopped watching shortly after.

Is CM Punk still under contract with WWE? Because I think he should go back to the indie scene. I think he would kill in ROH.

CM Punk left WWE about 2 or so years ago.

 

He said he doesnt want to Wrestle again.

 

He's in MMA though.

I thought it was said that he won't be in the UFC ever again. Is he doing a different group like Strikeforce now?

I think Punk was contracted for 2 fights, so he might have one more fight to get through.
